The well is being designed to intersect the Dongara Sandstone reservoir about 400m north-northwest of the Jingemia-2 intersection.

Jingemia-2 well was found to be of poor reservoir quality and unsuitable for water injection due to thinning of the section from Jingemia-1.

Jingemia-2 intersected the Dongara Sandstone about 66m below the top of the sands in Jingemia-1, although it has not yet known whether a thin (1-3 m) oil saturated interval at the top of the Dongara Sandstone is related to residual saturations of oil or the base of a live oil column.

Participants in EP 413 and Jingemia-2 are Origin Energy Developments (operator) 49.189%, Hardman Oil and Gas 22.376%, AWE (Perth Basin) 15.245%, Voyager Energy 6.270%, Victoria Petroleum 5.000%, Norwest Energy 1.278%, Roc Oil (WA) 0.250%, ARC Energy 0.250%, John Kevin Geary 0.142%.
