CENTRAL Petroleum says the first well in the Pedirka Basin, Blamore-1, will be plugged and abandoned after hole difficulties and equipment malfunctions prevented drill stem testing of the promising coal intersections.
Despite the disappointing result, the company said it would continue with its seven-well program for the year and might re-drill Blamore-1 at a later date.
