KEY Petroleum is gearing up for the drilling of the first of two wells in EP 437 of the Perth Basin next week, with potential to provide low-cost oil production.
The company said site preparations for the first well, Dunnart-1, have been completed and the DCA 7 rig is expected to be onsite and ready to spud the well on or around November 17.
