Frac disposal concerns in quake-ravaged Oklahoma

AUSSIE minnow Brookside Energy's drilling plans could eventually be impacted by the frac-related quakes issue back on Oklahoma's front pages after last weekend's record-breaking 5.8-magnitude tremor was linked to underground disposal of wastewater from oil and gas production.

The earthquake was also felt in Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Nebraska and Iowa. The quake was followed by at least eight others measuring as much as 3.6, according to the US Geological Survey....
