Indago to move on oil tech

SHAREHOLDERS in Indago Energy have backed the company's merger with Hydrocarbon Dynamics, which has a new oil treatment technology it believes can increase the flows of heavy oil and improve pipeline rates.

The deal, which was announced last October, is designed to complement Indago's 5000 net acres in the Mississippi Lime play in Oklahoma, where the company is in joint venture with Empire Energy Corporation....
