Decade-old oil spill still an issue for Taylor Energy

THE US federal government has ordered Taylor Energy to use temporary measurers until a permanent solution can be found to clean up its 2004 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico or face ongoing daily fines of US$40,000 per day for failure to comply.
