Challenging description for carbon soil grant launch

AUSTRALIA's minister for energy, industry and emissions reduction Angus Taylor has announced the Morrison government's acceleration of soil-based carbon storage development with the launch of the A$50 million “National Soil Carbon Innovation Challenge.”
