It will install the turret mooring and riser system for the Statoil-owned Gina Krog floating storage and offloading vessel.
The scope of the work includes installnig 12 suction anchors complete with chain and wires, submerged turret loading buoy hook-up, and installation of the riser system.
The onshore engineering component of the will begin in the second half of this year, with the offshore finishing touches to the project to be completed in 2016.
DOF's Skandi Skolten and Normand Reach vessels will be used for the offshore operations.
This contract is DOF's third major deal with Teekay in the last two years.
Today marks one year since Teekay took up the $US220 million contract with Statoil to convert its Randgrid shuttle tanker to an FSO to service the Gina Krog gas field. That work is due to be completed in 2017.
