North Sea fields on the fast track

A COMBINATION of standardised subsea development solutions and utilising infrastructure to extend existing field life has seen Statoil increasing oil and gas production at its fast-track development projects on the Norwegian shelf.

Yesterday Statoil announced that its Fram H-North and Svalin C had started production as the eighth and ninth fast-track developments for the company in the North Sea's Troll and Grane areas respectively....
