Parsons to lead POV's new charge

PO VALLEY Energy is reorganising its Italian oil and gas assets, with subsidiary Saffron Energy becoming a three-way vehicle to host its own assets, three new assets of POV’s and five more from Sound Energy in a restructure that will see the creation of a new entity possibly called Coro Energy.
