EXPLORATION

Four in a row for Harriet JV

The Harriet Joint Venture has scored its fourth consecutive discovery in its current Flag Sandstone drilling program. The Little Sandy-1 well intersected a 10m hydrocarbon column (9 metre) at the top of the Flag Sandstone reservoir.

The well will now be drilled to investigate a deeper target within the Jurassic Dupuy Sandstones. Tap Oil, one of the partners in the Harriet Joint Venture, said the discoveries have not yet been fully evaluated however once their commercial viability has been confirmed, they will be added incrementally to the reserves in the Simpson Area.
