Offshore drilling's $60 floor

AS BP prepares yet another crack at getting the regulator's approval to drill Australia's Southern Margin and potentially open a major new petroleum province, consultancy Richmond Energy Partners says at least $US60/barrel is needed to sustain offshore exploration.
