SENIOR figures in offshore oil and gas have called for more radical and urgent changes over the next 24 months to avoid a rapid decline and premature end for the UK North Sea oil business, despite the fact (58%) of senior oil and gas executives across the UK, Norway, and Holland feel positive about the future of the North Sea basins.
