ANDREW Purcell may be embroiled in tense shareholders' meeting today over the board of Metgasco but Melbana Energy, where he also has a seat, is busy in Cuba, New Zealand and has progressed plans for 3D seismic at its Beehive project offshore Western Australia, with its environmental permit submitted.
