Melbana confirms mid-2021 for Cuban spud

MELBANA Energy is gamely progressing work at its onshore Block 9 project in Cuba where it partners with Angolan state oiler Sonangol and will award the drill contract soon, with the first well of a two-well campaign to spud by the middle of the year.
