Clontarf buys into Western Gas project

IRELAND based Clontof Energy has acquired a 10% stake in Western Gas’ Sasanof prospect offshore Western Australia in exploration permit WA-519-P.

Under the agreement Clontof will pay Western Gas US$4 million cash and issue the company 100 million shares worth a combined £480,000.
