Scarborough to go ahead with less than 50% contracted

WOODSIDE Petroleum CEO Peter Coleman has been looking to the LNG spot market for a while and he said during an investor call yesterday after the company released its half-year profits that it could go ahead with the Scarborough development with less than 50% of gas contracted.
