Raven out of Dempsey project 

XSTATE Resources has terminated the sale agreement with Raven Energy for a 10% interest in the Sacramento Basin's Dempsey gas project, after Raven failed to meet the terms of the arrangement and couldn't front the money despite an extension being granted in August.
