Court win for Oilex

A DECISION from the High Court of Gujarat on a case between ASX-listed Oilex and Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation has been handed down in favour of Oilex, with a ruling that GSPC must pay 30 crores rupees (US$4.1 million) in costs within the next nine days.
