Horizon takes cancellation to court

HORIZON Oil and its joint venture partners in the Pipeline License 10 project and Petroleum Development License No. 10 in Papua New Guinea will head to the courts to resolve a dispute with the government after the petroleum minister advised the consortium it would cancel the development license.
