Knox's i3 raising cash to go it alone in Liberator 

DAVID Knox's i3 Energy is raising money for its North Sea, multi-well drilling campaign via a share offer of GBP16 million at a price of 37 pence per ordinary share.  The share price on the London AIM fell by  10.34% to 39 pence on the news.
