Viva downgrades on guidance after oil price high 

VIVA Energy has downgraded its profit outlook for the third time since last year's float and suggested weak retail margins have pushed a cut to half-year retail guidance from $275 million to $290, down from its earlier published April outlook of $286 million to $291 million.
