Exploration ban blamed as NZ business confidence plummets

THE Jacinda Ardern-led Labour government's decision to ban new oil and gas exploration in New Zealand has made a major dent in business confidence, according to the New Zealand National Party opposition and the peak body for oil and gas exploration in the country.
