Carnegie free from EMC

WAVE energy developer Carnegie Clean Energy has cut itself loose from costly subsidiary Energy Made Clean (EMC), which nearly bankrupted the company last year along with changes to R&D tax rebates, and has turned its attention to recapitalisation efforts.

Since entering into voluntary administration in March this year, the company has made every effort keep afloat, reducing its operating costs through reduced staff and overhead costs.
