AER launches action against SA windfarm operators over 2016 blackout

THE Australian Energy Regulator has launched legal proceedings in the Federal Court against four wind farm operators for alleged breaches of the National Electricity Rules during the 2016 storm and subsequent state-wide blackout in South Australia.
