AER launches action against Pelican Point Power over 2017 blackouts

ONLY weeks after it launched legal actions against several wind farm operators for allegedly breaching National Electricity Rules leading to blackouts, the Australian Energy Regulator is taking Pelican Point Power gas plant, owned jointly by Engie and Mitsui to court over similar accusations.
