Jadestone revenue hits a bump after expensive quarter

JADESTONE Energy, which operates the Montara and Stag oilfields offshore Western Australia reported profits after tax of just A$3000 yesterday, down from A$33.4 million the quarter before, due to maintenance costs and crude lifting scheduling.

Revenue fell by 46% in the third quarter, which Jadestone said was primarily due to one less lifting at the Montara field, however overall the company is tracking well with net revenue for the
