Renewable energy companies still in court over mine site project

A FIGHT between two renewable energy companies, Juwi Energy and NEON subsidiary Degrussa Solar, over the cost of repairing a renewable energy project on a mine site in Western Australian has resulted in legal action in the WA Supreme Court.

In 2015, Sandfire Resources, an ASX200 copper miner, contracted Juwi Energy to supply its Degrussa copper and gold mine with electricity generated from a new solar, battery, and diesel power
