Diamond to sue Beach in Texas court

DIAMOND Offshore, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Houston Sunday, has simultaneously filed a complaint in the same court suggesting Beach Energy’s termination of its drilling contract for its offshore Victoria campaign is invalid.
