Windlab extends legal ceasefire with EPC contractor again

INTERNATIONAL renewables company Windlab has agreed to extend the stand-still period again, regarding a contractor dispute at its 50% owned Kennedy Energy Park, until the end of May as the parties attempt to seek a commercial resolution.

Construction of the Kennedy project began in 2017 was completed in December last year and consists of 43 megawatts of wind, 15MW of solar and a 2MW Tesla battery.
