LNG Ltd administrators go to Supreme Court

LNG Limited’s administrators PwC are applying for judicial advice before beginning a process to either recapitalise the company and its remaining subsidiaries or to sell off its remaining assets to pay creditors and, if there are funds remaining, compensate shareholders.
