Activist shareholders hit AGL with coal plant resolutions 

THE shareholder resolution battle continues as the Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility files a resolution with power company AGL Energy for it to bring forward the closure of its Bayswater and Loy Yang A coal-fired stations.
