Australian executive arrested and charged over alleged foreign bribery

FORMER Leighton Holdings executive Russell John Waugh has been arrested by the Australian Federal Police and appeared in court for allegedly bribing the Iraqi government to secure A$2 billion worth of oil service contracts.
