Genex deal with J-Power allowed to proceed

THE ASX has granted renewable energy company Genex a waiver of a list rule, meaning it will no longer have to hold an extraordinary meeting next month to refresh shareholder approval for the issuance of shares to J-Power under its Share Subscription Agreement.
