Cooper adjusts terms on debt facility

COOPER Energy has readjusted some of the terms and conditions of its debt facility due to the delays at APA’s Orbost Gas Processing Plant, which is still not running at nameplate capacity meaning the company needs to source third party gas to meet contractual obligations.
