Blue raises $10M from institutionals for Qld development

BLUE Energy raised $10 million via an institutional placement valued at 5c per share, issuing 200 million new shares. The price is a 15.3% discount to the 30-day volume weighted average price ended Friday. It represents 15% of current issued capital.
