Federal court finds against award of cash to Empire for Beetaloo

THE Federal Court of Australia has ruled that one  tranche of three of the $21 million granted to Empire Energy under the Strategic Basins policy is invalid based on it being disbursed while the original case brought against Empire receiving funds was being heard.
