Pure shareholders offered priority for Botswana JV partner IPO

PURE Hydrogen will take a 19.9% shareholding in Botala Energy ahead of its planned ASX listing, giving the latter a further 21% working interest in the Serowe CSG project in Botswana in return for carrying Pure for 30% of project costs.
