TotalEnergies posts record profit, amid record high gas prices

FRENCH oil and gas major TotalEnergies’ profit jumped to another record for the third quarter as Europe bought large amounts of natural gas to replenish stockpiles ahead of winter, and as high oil prices also boosted earnings.
