RENERGEN has raised cash after cancelling an earlier capital raising this month, pulling in R107.6 million (A$9.4 million) and issuing 4.36 million shares across the Australian and South African exchanges.
Shares were placed at $2.14 each, a 10% discount to the 30-day VWAP.
Shares settle November 28.
