Woodside fails to shutdown landmark activist lawsuit

WOODSIDE Energy Group has been given around three weeks to prepare its defence to a lawsuit from the Australian Conservation Foundation in the Federal Court which alleges the Scarborough gas development and associated LNG expansion will damage the Great Barrier Reef.
