Oz excluded from TGS-Polarcus deal

TGS-NOPEC's biggest library of multi-client geological and geophysical data is about to get bigger after it agreed to buy Polarcus' own multi-client library, excluding the Australian part, for $US27.5 million ($A35.82 million).

The two companies have signed a letter of intent for the sale of Polarcus' client projects in northwest Europe and West Africa for the aforementioned sum, plus a future revenue share on library late
