Wet gas flows in Cooper

THE taps have been turned on at the Cadenza-1 wet gas discovery in the Cooper Basin, and operator Santos says the Yarowinnie South and Varanus South fields are expected to start production early in the new year.

It is the first production from the Wet Gas Joint Venture between Santos (60% and operator) and Drillsearch Energy (40%), under which Santos is funding the connection costs.
