Energy Developments has announced the appointment of Michael Brown as deputy chairman with immediate effect. Mr Brown's appointment follows the resignation from the board of former deputy chairman and company director and oil industry veteran, Peter Willcox, who has just been appointed to the board of AMP.

Scottish-based BJ Services has annouced the promotion of Bruce Campbell to the position of UK country manager for the Well Services Division within the Europe and Africa region.

Subsea specialists Sonsub Inc have announceed that president and CEO Bruce Gilman will be leaving the company effective December 16, 2002 after many years at the company. Mr. Gilman was one of the founders of Sonat Subsea Services, which through buyout and acquisition later became Sonsub.

Sol Majteles has resigned as chairman of Kalrez Energy. Eddie Smith and Doug Jendry have joined the board.
