Oil Basins to fight native title appeal

NATIVE title claimants are appealing the decision to grant Oil Basins a permit on the Derby Block in Western Australia's Kimberley region.

The decision by the Western Australian government to grant the permit was accepted by the National Native Title Tribunal.

The matter will be heard in the Perth Federal Court on July 30.
