East Timorese Chief Minister, Dr Mari Alkatiri, will present a keynote address tomorrow at a gas-to-liquids conference being held in Perth.
The conference heard from a raft of stakeholders in the industry today, from Government through to project proponents and a raft of the ever present consultants.
The conference, being held in the Sheraton and hosted by IBC Conferences, was told by the Hon Ian MacFarlane, Minister for Industry, Tourism and Resources, of eight separate projects with a total spend of A$17 billion which were looking to base themselves in Australia.
