Blackham to extend Scaddan CTL JV

BLACKHAM Resources will sell a 30% stake in its remaining 100%-owned Scaddan deposits in Esperance, Western Australia, to Wesfarmers Premier Coal, and include the prospects in the partners' joint venture agreement.
