COUGAR Energy is finalising the terms of a financing facility that could see the company resume trading on the Australian Securities Exchange before the end of the month.

The company, which went into a trading halt last month following the shutdown of its Kingaroy underground coal gasification plant, requested an extension to its voluntary suspension yesterday.
