Cindy sweeps through Gulf

BHP Billiton and BP have removed non-essential workers from some platforms and rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and a major oil terminal has been suspended as Tropical Storm Cindy swept through, due to make landfall today near the Texas-Louisiana border, <i>Energy News</i> has learned.
