PRYME Energy founders Justin Pettett and Ryan Messer have finally bowed to the second attempt to overthrow them inside a month, with three new board members appointed.

Stephen Mitchell, Ray Shorrocks and Donald Beard have been appointed as non-executive directors of Pryme effectively immediately, while Pettett and Messer havie resigned.
